250g Pizza Flour (You can get it from Flour Mills Factory because of low availability in local market)
Instant Yeast 1tsp
Bread Improver half tsp (optional)
Water Warm Half Cup
Dissolve sugar in warm water and add all ingredients to flour and keander it until a smooth dough ball is formed.
Let it rest for 2 hours in an airtight bowl in a warm place. It will be double in size after 2 hours.
