Spicy/Zinger Shawarma And Garlic Sauce Recipe.
* Chicken Boneless Half kg (cut in Cubes or Stripes).
* Tikka Masala (Shan) or Any of your favorite Brand
* Shawarma Bread
* Vegetable carrot, onion Cucumber (cut in length). Can add any other vegetable you like.
* cream 1cup
* chili garlic sauce
* Butter paper
Mix chicken tikka masla and let it rest in fridge for an hour. If you want you use is instantly after Marination but taste will be lesser side. For normal shawarma grilled the chicken on grill pan add little oil to it. For zinger shawarma mix the marinated chicken in flour (madda) mix it well and fry them.
Garlic Sauce Recipe:
Take one Cup cream add 2tbsp chili garlic sauce, 4 tbsp yogurt, half tsp garlic paste, 1tbsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt (just a pinch). Mix well and sauce is ready.
Grill the shawarma bread on grill pan, use little oil. Put the grilled bread on butter paper add all the toppings and sauce than roll the bread and hold it now roll with butter paper and you spicy shawarma is ready to eat.
